Program Manager – Experimentation | Remote We’re looking for a Program Manager to support experimentation for large consumer sales enablement organization. This role focuses on managing A/B testing across web platforms, collaborating with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact online customer experiences. If you have 5–7+ years of experience in experimentation, analytics tools, and digital UX/eCommerce, this is a great opportunity to influence strategy at scale. What You’ll Do: • Plan and execute A/B tests, including roadmap development, test design, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and deliver experiments. • Analyze test results, ensure accuracy, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Manage experimentation tools (Adobe Analytics, Target, ContentSquare, Azure DevOps). • Maintain experiment repository, share insights, and support training/community activities. • Drive operational tasks (sprint planning, Kanban maintenance) and project completion. What You Bring: • 5–10 years’ experience in project/experiment management. • 5+ years with A/B testing platforms and toolkits. • 7+ years with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure DevOps. • 4+ years in digital UX and eCommerce best practices. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyze traffic sources, identify “why behind the what,” and deliver insights. • (Preferred) Some front-end development knowledge and visual software skills.
