Programme Delivery Manager (6 month FTC) Job title: Programme Delivery Manager Location: Hampshire, 1 day a week onsite Salary: up to £75,000 depending on experience Contract Type: 6 month FTC (possible extensions) A well-established, UK-based eCommerce platform is launching a major customer initiative and is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to support the delivery of a new loyalty programme. With the proposition and business case already approved, and a delivery plan in place, you'll take ownership across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities • Programme Delivery: Lead and manage multiple workstreams to ensure timely execution, including planning, risk management, and delivery of key components • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across various departments to align stakeholders and create new processes • Technology Requirements: Collaborate with tech teams to define and validate business requirements, ensuring smooth implementation. • Governance & Reporting: Support programme governance by providing regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions. Required skills and experience • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects, ideally in CRM, eCommerce or retail • Strong cross-functional change management and facilitation skills • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making • Prior experience with loyalty programme development or implementation is highly desirable Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
