Location: Dubai Reports To: Founder Type: Full-time Salary Range: AED 4,800 – AED 6,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key fashion e-commerce projects. These include seasonal collections, product launches, production timelines, and marketing campaigns. This cross-functional role is essential in ensuring effective communication and alignment between design, production, merchandising, and marketing teams — delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with brand and sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing timelines for seasonal collections, new product launches, and promotional campaigns. • Coordinate daily communication between designers, suppliers, production, and marketing teams. • Track production schedules, sample deadlines, and key delivery milestones. • Support quality control checks and help resolve any production issues or delays. • Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. • Organize and prepare materials for project meetings; document notes and follow up on action items. • Assist with vendor and factory coordination for sourcing, production, and shipping. • Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory related to project needs. • Help manage project budgets and assist in cost tracking and reporting. • Support risk identification and mitigation related to supply chain or delivery delays. • Ensure all project activities align with brand standards and, where applicable, sustainability guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in fashion production, project coordination, merchandising, or a similar role. • Familiarity with fashion production workflows, supply chains, and seasonal collection timelines. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams. • Proficient in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace, Excel). • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Understanding of ethical sourcing or sustainable fashion practices is a plus. • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Arabic) Working Conditions: • Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to local factories, vendors, or showrooms.
