Role description
Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 130 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity and a laidback sense of style. Despite the challenges to the retail industry, Hush has continued grow – and our company culture still reflects our entrepreneurial roots and relaxed aesthetic. We love hard-working and talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.
About the role
Lead and oversee the delivery of strategic projects within a major eCommerce replatforming programme. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a sharp focus on managing application delivery and aligning cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the replatforming project, ensuring milestones are met across the applications stream.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal business teams—ensuring their needs are captured, aligned with project objectives, and reflected in delivery plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and partners, overseeing communications, deliverables, and integration timelines.
• Drive coordination across Engineering, Trade, Merchandising, Creative, and SEO functions, facilitating alignment and seamless execution across workstreams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, delivery trackers, process guides, and status reports.
• Support the implementation and evolution of delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Lead non-technical teams (Merchandising, Creative, and E-Commerce) with a performance-driven approach—setting KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring accountability.
What you'll bring
• Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects, including at least one involving a major business system change.
• Strong knowledge of the eCommerce and omnichannel retail landscape.
• Skilled at managing risks, budgets, and schedules under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a focus on bridging technical teams and business priorities.
• Highly organised and adaptable—able to manage competing priorities and shifting demands.
• Confident and clear communicator, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Why you’ll love it here
🎉 A supportive, dynamic, and creative workplace.
🚀 Growth opportunities as we expand and innovate.
🏖️ Generous holiday allowance with flexible hybrid working options.
📚 Continuous professional development to keep you ahead of the curve.
🍻 Social events that celebrate our collective achievements.
💪🏼 Early-finish Fridays and flexible hours for a better work-life balance.
