In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring our ambitious initiatives, both In-house and with partners, are brought to life on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse e-commerce projects, demonstrating strong Change and Vendor Management expertise. • Proactively review project status, anticipate potential challenges, and implement effective prevention strategies. • Engage with headquarters and partners, facilitating robust quarterly business reviews. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery techniques and documentation within our PMO team. • Drive innovation and promote Agile methodologies (Sprints, MVP) within your projects. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams, fostering strong relationships. What you'll bring: - A degree-level education or equivalent. - 5+ years of focused experience in the eCommerce or retail sector. - Proven experience with Agile/Sprints and a product-centric design approach. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA is a plus). - The ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - A drive, enthusiasm, and passion for digital and e-commerce excellence.
