With 3–5 years of project management experience, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, driving the critical path for product development from concept through to market release.
You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams including Design, Buying, Merchandising, Operations, and external suppliers, to align on key milestones and deliverables. Your exceptional planning and organisational skills will ensure seamless product launches and smooth internal workflows.
In addition to leading NPD projects, you will support the Head of Business Operations by maintaining and optimising our project management tool (Asana), including regular updates, modifications, and ensuring day-to-day tool functionality aligns with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD) & Critical Path Management
• Own and manage the full NPD critical path, ensuring all key milestones – from
ideation to launch – are met on time.
• Facilitate key cross functional meetings relating to NPD, aligning team resources and
dependencies to deliver the Product Roadmap.
• Manage all key stakeholders involved in NPD to deliverables
• Track and mitigate risks that could impact product launches, for example delayed samples from suppliers, and proactively identify solutions, communicating all updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with the Marketing and E-com teams to align launch strategies and
go-to-market plans meticulously tracking all deadlines.
• Provide critical path support to the Head of Business Operations for company-wide critical paths and project initiatives.
Project Management Tool Ownership (Asana)
• Maintain and optimise Asana for the Product, Buying, and Design teams, ensuring accurate task tracking, reporting, and workflow setup.
• Maintain Critical Path actions ensuring all administrative elements are kept up to date.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members on Asana usage, promoting adoption and best practices across departments.
• Regularly update and refine templates, project structures, and reporting dashboards to support evolving business needs.
Wider Product Projects & Strategic Planning
• Develop and refine the Critical Path framework to drive efficiency in product
development.
• Work closely with wider teams, including Operations and Marketing teams, to improve agility and speed to market
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Operations to ensure all team-led calls have accurate and current agendas, enabling teams to be properly informed.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in New Product Development/Project Management within fast
paced consumer goods (bonus points for within a scaling ecommerce brand)
• You may have prior experience within Jewellery or Lifestyle Accessories - which is not a must
• Affinity with project management tools (Asana preferred but not essential)
• Exposure to and understanding of project management frameworks (notably Agile
and Critical Path)
• You have a “hands on” disposition and will get stuck in on all elements of Project
Management, personally understanding the current challenges and requirements of
each department to deliver successful launches
• You have a proven track-record of cross functional collaboration and influencing business partners
• You are an exceptional communicator with strong written, verbal and presentation
skills, and the ability to convey effectively complex data and processes to diverse
audiences
• You have strong interpersonal skills, with a hunger for learning and development;
• A team player with a positive attitude
• You can effectively prioritise and manage resources to achieve maximum results, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

also motivated and collaborative
