Role Purpose: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our omni-channel eCommerce platform. You will be a crucial part of our delivery teams, responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing strategies. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a stable, performant, and defect-free experience for our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using modern automation tools and frameworks to ensure high test coverage. • Identify, record, and track defects with clarity and detail. • Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. • Work with DevOps teams to integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's QA processes and strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing. • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit). • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). • Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools like Jira. • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
