β’ Own and evolve our automation frameworks to increase test coverage, reduce maintenance costs, and improve execution speed and reliability.
β’ Champion Agile/SAFe methodologies, and instill a quality-first mindset across product delivery teams.
β’ Lead risk assessments, test planning, and execution for high-visibility releases.
β’ Oversee tooling integration across test, build, and deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

What you'll need to succeed:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ 10+ years of experience in software testing and automation with a strong focus on modern web and service-oriented architectures.
β’ 5+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like WebdriverIO, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
β’ Expertise in testing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
