Company Description Company is a consumer products startup, recently named to Tiktok's Top 20 products and receiving exposure on NBC and CBS. Company is successfully selling on Amazon, Tiktok, Walmart.com and is hiring to fuel our expansion into retail. Role Description This is a mostly in-person role 20-30 hours/week (occasional remote work ok) to start with potential to grow into a full-time position. We are looking for a retail and e-commerce operations specialist. The position will include managing day-to-day e-commerce operations on Tiktok and Walmart.com, monitoring online orders, coordinating with warehouses to ensure timely inventory delivery of product, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling promotions. Additional responsibilities include supporting retail operations, creating invoices, working with vendors to create retail displays, managing retail paperwork, using Excel to input data, etc. Essentially any activity that supports our successful entry into retail as we expand. Employee should be comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can change quickly and many different hats are required. Qualifications • Prior office experience required • Strong written and oral communication skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Retail or e-commerce operations experience a plus • Bachelors degree a plus but not mandatory Tell us what your best qualities are.
