Role description
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Retail Media Executive to join a fast-growing eCommerce agency within a global group. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with big-name consumer brands, has a passion for digital media, and is ready to take the next step in their career in the retail media and eCommerce space.
Objective:
The Retail Media Executive will manage and optimise retail media campaigns across leading retailer platforms, focusing on driving visibility, traffic, and sales for client brands. Theyβll support in planning, executing, and analysing campaigns, while gaining exposure to strategic projects for some of the worldβs best-known consumer brands.
Responsibilities:
β’ Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on retail media activity
β’ Build trusted client relationships and help brands achieve campaign goals
β’ Plan and execute retail media campaigns across retailer platforms (Amazon, Tesco, Walmart, etc.)
β’ Monitor campaign performance, optimising for visibility, conversions, and ROAS
β’ Support with budget pacing, forecasting, and media planning
β’ Analyse campaign data to identify trends and uncover new opportunities
β’ Produce performance reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews
β’ Collaborate with creative, content, and wider account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Requirements:
β’ Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
β’ Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
β’ Confident using data and eager to build strong analytical skills
β’ Previous experience in digital media, retail media, or eCommerce is a plus (training provided)
β’ Familiarity with retail platforms (Amazon Ads, Criteo, CitrusAd, etc.) desirable but not essential
β’ Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard tools
