Role description
We are seeking a Retail Media Expert to execute and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns for a variety of brands. This role supports Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy advertising.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage hands-on setup, optimization, and reporting of Sponsored Ads campaigns (Products, Brands, Video, Display).
β’ Conduct keyword research, budget pacing, and performance tracking (ROAS, CPC, CTR, sales, SOV).
β’ Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets and align campaigns with inventory, promotions, and key events.
β’ Analyze results and present actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Inventory, and Digital Commerce teams.
Qualifications
β’ 2+ years managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (multi-brand or multi-client experience preferred).
β’ Experience with Walmart Connect, Chewy Ads, or Amazon DSP is a plus.
β’ Proficiency in retail media tools (Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, etc.) and analytics platforms (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
β’ Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
