Our client, a DTC apparel brand, is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities: • Develop and lead comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. • Design and execute customer retention initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs. • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for enhancing retention and engagement. • Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives and brand messaging. • Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable results. • Create and present performance reports, highlighting retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth. Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses. • Proven track record of creating and executing successful retention strategies. • Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus. • Experience managing or developing loyalty programs. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience.
