Job Title: SDR Manager, EMEA Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 base + £110,000 OTE Location: London, Hybrid Step into a senior leadership role at a globally recognized, NASDAQ-listed SaaS company. Join a thriving team that has scaled SDR contributions from 0 to 35% of deals in just one year, and work with prestigious clients such as Fortnum & Mason, Boots, Puma, and New Balance. We are looking for an ambitious SDR Manager to take full ownership of the EMEA SDR function. This is a pure leadership role—no individual contributor targets—giving you the chance to focus on building, scaling, and inspiring a high-performing sales development team. What you’ll be doing: • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of SDRs across the EMEA region. • Driving team performance to consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets. • Hiring, onboarding, and scaling the team in line with business growth. • Building playbooks, processes, and best practices to optimize outbound effectiveness. • Partnering with senior leadership on strategy, reporting, and forecasting. • Representing the SDR team at company events across Europe and London.
