Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Miami, FL (On-Site)
Alexis is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow the sales function of our fashion brand. This strategic role will oversee all B2B and B2C sales channels (wholesale, retail, and/or e-commerce), ensuring revenue growth, brand alignment, and long-term market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
β’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across domestic and international markets.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform pricing, positioning, and assortment decisions.
β’ Set quarterly and annual sales forecasts, KPIs, and budgets.
Team Leadership & Management:
β’ Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
β’ Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
Account & Partner Management:
β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, department stores, boutiques, and international distributors.
β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities across traditional and digital channels.
β’ Oversee seasonal showroom sales, trade shows, and fashion market appointments.
Reporting & Analysis:
β’ Track and report sales performance, margin, and sell-through results.
β’ Provide feedback to design and merchandising teams based on customer and market feedback.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock turnover and minimize markdowns.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field (Masterβs preferred).
β’ 8β10+ years of experience in fashion sales, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role.
β’ Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, and/or e-commerce fashion sales.
β’ Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales teams.
β’ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
β’ Passion for fashion, trends, and consumer behavior.
