Sales Director Do you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales growth in the consumer goods sector? MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an established consumer goods business to recruit a Sales Director. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Greater London, UK. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the commercial sales strategy, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. With ambitious growth plans, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing profitability, and unlocking opportunities across major retailers, discounters, big box, wholesale, and eCommerce channels. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong record of delivering results. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead and develop a team of 40 sales professionals across three channel-aligned teams. β€’ Own and deliver the commercial sales strategy across multiple retail and eCommerce channels. β€’ Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic customer planning and exceptional execution. β€’ Collaborate closely with Marketing and Category teams to ensure data-led, insight-driven decision-making. β€’ Analyse performance data and market trends to identify opportunities, inform forecasting, and optimise team focus. β€’ Champion a high-performance culture, embedding accountability, coaching, and commercial excellence. β€’ Represent Sales within the senior leadership team, providing actionable updates to the executive board. β€’ Identify and convert new business opportunities while ensuring the continued growth of existing accounts.
