Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and expand the
Consumer Division. This individual will oversee strategic sales execution across both online
and in-store retail channels, driving revenue growth, improving channel performance, and
cultivating long-term retail partnerships. A background in appliances or home comfort
products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Consumer Division.
β’ Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail channels.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including mass merchants, independents, and e-commerce platforms.
β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market reach.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies.
β’ Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to drive forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Represent the Consumer Division at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
β’ Foster a performance-driven culture with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
β’ 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer goods or related industries.
β’ Proven success managing omnichannel sales across both online retail and in-store retail
β’ Experience in appliances, home comfort, or durable consumer products is highly desirable.
β’ Strong understanding of retail category management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
β’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Data-driven decision-maker with solid financial acumen and forecasting abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed (~25β35%).
