About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director with an existing network of decision-makers at top echelon apparel and beauty brands. This person must be highly connected, who thrives in high-stakes environments. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, representing our team’s expertise, and closing deals that drive measurable impact. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who knows the value of their relationships and can confidently deliver new business opportunities at the mid-market or enterprise level. Responsibilities • Leverage Your Network: Activate your existing relationships with decision-makers, positions like CMOs, CEOs, Brand Directors, to initiate conversations with potential clients. • Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage Pipedrive; own the end-to-end process, from outreach and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and closing. • Sell Strategically: Represent Sky Diamond Elite with polish and precision. Understand each brand’s needs and connect them to our proven strategies (paid media, CRO, analytics). • Create Custom Proposals:Lead internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact proposals that reflect the brand’s identity and growth goals. • Earn Trust and Close: Build credibility quickly and close deals with high-value brands seeking serious ROI. • Stay Active in Market: Attend and leverage industry events (especially in NYC/LA) to build leads and elevate SDE’s presence among luxury e-comm leaders. • Report & Refine: Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and contribute insights that help us refine outreach and service offerings. What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally selling digital services, performance marketing, or SaaS to e-commerce brands. • A robust rolodex of brand-side contacts; you know who has buying power at luxury or fast-scaling consumer brands, especially in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. • Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategy and performance marketing, you can comfortably discuss things like AOV, CLTV, ROAS, and attribution. • You are a closer. You bring polish, confidence, and executive presence into every room and follow through to the finish. • You’re self-led, organized, and hungry. You know how to build a book of business, and you're motivated by upside. • Our top preferred location is Los Angeles, our second preferred location is New York City, most of our prospects and clients are based in these hubs.
