Location: On-site, Los Angeles, CA | Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+ occasional weekends and travel)

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced, strategic and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team. This on-site leadership position is grounded in growing store results, and will drive the execution of store and online sales strategies while coaching and motivating a team of Account Executives, Ecom Managers and Specialists. You will play a key role in growing our presence in stores and online, leveraging both your retail and ecommerce expertise to elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase in-store and online sales
• Support and lead regional account executives
• Build sales and training tools for retail teams, store specialists and internal team
• Drive in-store sell-through and ensure operational excellence at the store level
• Coach and hold team members accountable, fostering a high-performance culture
• Build and nurture relationships with store leadership, from Regional Manager, Store Manager, Department Manager, Designer Selling Associates and Stylists, Salespeople and customers
• Lead and collaborate on ecommerce initiatives including site functionality, product performance, customer experience and conversion metrics
• Partner with Marketing to grow Social Media following and drive sales through digital platforms
• Build and drive the strategy to increase sales/sell through at the store; operational excellence and innovation
• Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements
• 5+ years of retail sales experience at a regional or national level, ideally in Fine Jewelry, Luxury or Accessories
• Proven experience in ecommerce sales and online business operations
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills across dispersed teams
• Strong communication skills; confident, clear, and adaptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms
• Must be energetic, organized, flexible, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends as needed
This role is on-site in Los Angeles, 8-5:30(+) and requires travel and occasional weekends.
