Role description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1.1 E-Commerce Operations & Platform Management
Upload and manage spec sheets, images, banners and SKUs
Create and maintain item listings, ensuring accurate data and search optimization
Conduct weekly audits to ensure B2B and B2C listings are accurate, live and compliant
Set up marketing forms, homepage banners and collection pages to support promotions
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, orders, trends)
Work with marketing to implement campaigns and update product collections in real-time
Regularly update customers on new product listings
On-board new and existing customers to the B2B platform
Recommend new products based on customer feedback and assist with procurement and replenishment of online-specific items
Ensure online inventory reflects accurately and report discrepancies as needed
1.2 Order Fulfilment and Customer Service
Oversee all orders in the respective sales channels (including online, villa and corporate accounts, and WhatsApp Business), working with the CPJ Market Concierge to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment and delivery.
Track inventory and restocking needs, especially for villa stock commitments, and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stockouts.
Liaise with warehouse, retail, and customer service teams to resolve fulfilment issues, product substitutions, or delivery delays.
Create personalized product bundles for B2C customers and assist with special requests or gifting orders.
Support the Concierge in preparing and monitoring delivery logs, updating customers on order status, and following up on unresolved queries.
Review fulfilment-related complaints or concerns, escalate when necessary, and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure fulfilment practices align with CPJโs brand promise, maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and service quality throughout the order cycle.
Provide excellent and timely customer service via emails, social networks and the online platform
1.3 Online Sales Growth
Develop new ways to target and engage online customers, leveraging digital tools, data insights, and seasonal trends.
Identify high-performing products and categories to feature in online campaigns and weekly promotions.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and adjust offers, messaging, and pricing strategies to improve online conversion rates.
Work with IT and the developers to improve the customer journey and user experience on the e-commerce platform.
Work with relevant departments to develop strategies that encourage existing customers to utilise online sales tools.
Develop events and activations both in-store and on-site to generate sales and engagement.
Manage the email marketing tool, regularly sending out new products and promotions.
1.4 Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordination
Collaborate closely with our digital marketing agency to guide content strategy, campaign development, and digital rollouts that align with sales and branding objectives.
Provide product knowledge and sales insights to inform content planning and coordinate timelines for digital content approvals and execution.
Review and approve creatives related to digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Monitor and analyse key digital marketing performance indicators, including ad engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.
Use insights to make recommendations that optimise future campaigns and drive online sales.
Contribute to CPJ Marketโs social media content by suggesting content ideas, highlighting featured products and promotions to increase customer engagement and boost online sales.
1.5 Villa Partner Development
Play a lead role in developing and executing CPJ Marketโs villa client strategy, establishing a new growth channel for the company
Recruit, onboard, and manage villa and Airbnb clients, ensuring they are introduced to our digital ordering tools and concierge support.
Create customised onboarding materials and sales kits tailored to villa property types and guest profiles.
Offer tailored solutions such as welcome kits, restock packages, seasonal offers, and guest-ready bundles.
Maintain villa account records, track order history, and provide reorder reminders based on occupancy trends or past behaviours.
Work closely with fulfilment and marketing to align on product availability, packaging, and messaging for villa audiences.
Provide proactive support, product education, and upsell recommendations to improve partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
1.6 Corporate Account Growth
Take ownership of building out CPJ Marketโs corporate client portfolio, helping transform this emerging segment into a consistent revenue stream.
Analyse existing accounts to identify upsell, cross-sell, and service gaps.
Conduct outreach to dormant or low-activity corporate clients with new product offerings or custom solutions.
Develop and pitch curated product bundles based on industry type, use case (e.g. staff gifting, events), or budget tier.
Monitor ordering patterns and recommend incentives or automated reordering solutions for high-volume clients.
Ensure accurate fulfilment and documentation of all corporate orders, working closely with the concierge, warehouse, and accounts receivable teams.

Become an expert in B2C and B2B modules of the INFOR ERP system
Track sales trends for villas, corporate and e-commerce to inform strategies
Report on KPIs for digital marketing performance
Generate monthly reports summarizing activities, wins, gaps and new opportunities

Minimum 2โ3 years of proven experience in both digital sales and account management, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or e-commerce environment.
Experience in developing strategies to scale digital platforms, grow sales channels and drive channel adoption
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Expedite POS, and INFOR is an asset.
Strong understanding of digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, email automation, CRM systems, and online sales platforms.
Familiarity with interpreting social media and digital marketing performance metrics is a plus.
