Our client, a leading player in the e-commerce and digital solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across three countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales teams, managing international markets, and selling e-commerce platforms and websites.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and grow the sales operations across three countries, ensuring targets are consistently met
β’ Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing regional sales team
β’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion
β’ Oversee client acquisition, lead generation, and the full sales cycle for e-commerce and website solutions
β’ Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results
β’ Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business goals
Requirements
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in the e-commerce or website services industry
β’ Proven success in managing multi-country sales operations and team leadership
β’ Strong experience in e-commerce solutions, website selling, or digital services
β’ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
β’ Ability to join immediately
β’ Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
