Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with TikTok B2B promotional startup to hire an Account Executive. This is a contract-to-hire position. You must be onsite in the LA office. The pay is $40-$55/hr, based on proven experience. Account Executive – Marketing Services (TikTok Video Ads) Location: Onsite or Hybrid Compensation: $40-$55/hr, based on experience A fast-growing AI-powered video ad platform is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join the sales team. This role is focused on acquiring new clients and closing deals for TikTok-focused marketing services, helping e-commerce brands and agencies unlock the full potential of short-form video advertising. Responsibilities: β€’ Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the e-commerce and agency space. β€’ Lead outreach efforts, pitch services, and convert leads into long-term clients. β€’ Understand client needs and align them with tailored marketing solutions, including AI-powered TikTok video ad creation. β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiation and onboarding. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction post-sale. β€’ Track pipeline activity, report on sales performance, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives..
