About the Role
We’re a well-established provider of technical production and creative services for live indoor events across the UK and Europe. We help exhibitors bring their events to life using innovative audio-visual technology and expert support.
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help promote our exhibition services, engage with clients, and support marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Market directly to exhibitors via email campaigns (Mailchimp)
• Contact prospective clients to discuss AV needs for exhibitions
• Create tailored quotations, helping clients choose the best technical solutions
• Process orders received directly and via the online shop
• Attend larger events to assist with on-site client coordination
• Maintain accurate client data and generate reports using CRM systems
• Supervise and support a small exhibitor sales team
About You
You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment. You're confident communicating with clients, quick to pick up new technologies, and detail-driven.
We’re looking for someone with:
• A proven track record in sales with basic commercial awareness
• Some experience supervising or mentoring others
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and a good head for numbers
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
• A keen interest in learning about AV and event tech solutions
