🚨 Now Hiring: Sales & Operations Manager 📍 London (Hybrid) | 🌍 Beauty & Wellness | 💼 Full-time We’re working with a disruptive start-up in the wellness & beauty space that’s redefining what it means to scale with purpose, precision, and pace. They’re now looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to be the operational backbone and commercial driver behind their next chapter. You’ll be working directly with the CEO, wearing multiple hats, and making a tangible impact across supply chain, sales, ecommerce, customer experience, and strategic planning. 🔑 The Role: This is not your average ops job. It’s a unique opportunity to embed yourself across every moving part of the business from fulfilment to frontend growth. You’ll bridge strategy with execution and bring order to chaos in a business scaling quickly both in the UK and globally. Key Responsibilities Include: 📦 Supply Chain & Fulfilment: • Oversee all operations from manufacturer to final delivery • Manage 3PL partners, ensure inventory accuracy, reorders & returns • Forecast demand and align purchasing with growth projections 💼 Sales & Commercial Growth: • Drive B2B and wholesale strategy — pitch, onboard, and grow retail & wellness accounts • Create sales tools and own performance reporting • Collaborate on retail campaigns and commercial deals 🛍 E-Commerce & Customer Experience: • Manage Shopify operations to ensure seamless backend systems • Lead customer service with empathy and speed • Monitor reviews and optimise touchpoints across the CX journey 📊 Planning & Strategy: • Build operational forecasts tied to revenue, marketing, and sales • Support budget planning and cost optimisation with CFO • Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and product teams on launches 📂 Process & Documentation: • Maintain clean, scalable SOPs, contracts, order processes and templates • Constantly review and optimise systems for growth 👀 We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: ✔ Operationally sharp with serious attention to detail ✔ Commercially savvy — you can read a P&L and negotiate with suppliers ✔ Calm under pressure, with a natural solutions-first mindset ✔ Tech fluent – strong with Shopify, Excel/Sheets, and inventory systems ✔ A clear communicator with strong cross-functional influence ✔ Experienced in scaling brands across e-comm, retail or CPG 🎓 Experience That Matters: • 3–5+ years in e-commerce operations or sales in fashion, beauty, wellness or CPG • Previous startup or early-stage company experience is a big plus • Strong commercial acumen, cross-functional stakeholder management • Experience working with 3PLs, wholesale, and international distribution 💥 Why This Role? • High-impact, high-visibility role working directly with leadership • Shape how this brand scales operationally and commercially • Huge runway for career progression as the business grows • Be part of a passionate, mission-led team with global ambition 💥 Benefits?
