Role description
About the Role: Shot Darts is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative for North America to grow our market presence, manage key accounts, and drive sales across the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team and represent a premium darts brand in one of the most exciting and fast-growing sports categories. You’ll be responsible for executing sales strategies, onboarding and managing resellers, supporting marketing activities, enforcing pricing integrity, and working closely with our internal teams to ensure our North American operations are thriving. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth & Business Development • Achieve North American annual sales budget • Generate and onboard at least 15 new resellers each year. • Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing accounts. • Maintain a strong D2C and B2B sales pipeline. 1. Sales Administration & Reporting • Maintain accurate records and lead management in Hubspot CRM. • Submit detailed monthly reports and planners on time. • Research and input all known dart resellers into CRM. • Drive inventory forecasting and ordering in Unleashed. • Enforce MAP pricing policies across all sales channels. • Reporting feedback to Trade Marketing including promotions, point of sale and input into sales and marketing strategy. • Coordinate local promotions for Shot retail platform. • Provide regular market intelligence and product feedback. • Assist with local pricing strategies for USA and Canada. • Maintain and manage personal travel and expense budgets. 1. Account Management • Develop and execute shared account plans with clear KPIs and promotion calendars. • Support onboarding process including documentation and systems setup. • Forecast weekly customer pipeline orders for production planning. • Support debt collection activities in coordination with accounts. • Conduct vendor visits and merchandising to support the Shot brand. 1. Trade Promotions & Events • Plan and execute monthly trade promotions. • Organize logistics and activities for key trade shows (e.g., BCA Expo). • Identify, plan, and attend large darts tournaments with a Shot booth presence. • Promote the brand through personal social media and professional LinkedIn engagement. • Serve as a brand ambassador during events, reinforcing Shot’s premium image. 1. Sponsorships & Player Engagement • Assist with management of brand ambassadors across North America. • Engage with grassroots leagues and communities to grow the game and drive sales. • Identify sponsorship opportunities and coordinate with marketing to activate sales. • Leverage players and brand ambassadors in promotional activities. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in sports or consumer products. • Strong knowledge of the North American market, especially within sporting goods or niche communities. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and inventory/order platforms (e.g., Unleashed). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout North America. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in the darts or broader sports equipment industry. • Existing relationships with retail vendors or tournament organizers. • Experience with B2C eCommerce platforms and D2C sales strategies. • Familiarity with MAP enforcement and pricing strategy.
