Job Summary:
MSC Cruises, the world's third-largest cruise line brand, is experiencing significant growth in the U.S. market and is embarking on a Digital Transformation program. The Sales and Service Applications Analyst will support this transformation by managing digital initiatives, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
β’ Support the digital transformation program, as well as ongoing complex IT projects, for the sales and service organization.
β’ Partner with IT and Digital stakeholders to plan and execute the sales and service roadmap items aligning short-term and long-term development goals with business objectives.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with business counterparts, as well as Headquarters teams that support the end-to-end ecosystem of the customer.
β’ Serve as a translation layer between the US business stakeholders, by asking the right questions; providing insight and analysis to ensure that both business and technical perspectives are accounted for.
β’ Bring a cross-functional mindset to business initiatives.
β’ Work with the US business in defining and writing requirements and initiatives, while working in a SAFe framework.
β’ Analysis of complex business problems faced by the end users of the sales and service applications.
β’ Evaluate and document business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement for various aspects of the sales and service organization.
β’ Demonstrate strong leadership within a matrix organizational structure, driving collaboration, alignment, and effective decision-making across diverse teams.
β’ Facilitate and coordinate testing; compile and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
β’ Assist with the communication and monitoring of sales and service application issues and coordinating with Headquarters IT team as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ 4+ years of experience developing and executing enterprise-wide initiatives within a large, complex business and technology landscape, preferably in a global organization.
β’ Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, including writing clear user stories and test cases.
β’ Experience participating in or conducting requirement-gathering sessions, such as workshops, interviews, and meetings.
β’ Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, effectively navigating tasks with minimal documentation, managing competing priorities, and overcoming communication challenges to deliver solutions.
β’ Experience working with e-commerce tools like AEM, Adobe Target, or similar.
β’ Experience with monitoring, logging, and business intelligence tools such as Splunk, JIRA, Dynatrace, or equivalent.
β’ Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, locations, and skillsets.
β’ Ability to communicate technology concepts to business audiences.
β’ Project management experience.
β’ Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
β’ Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
β’ Experience Working In The Travel Industry Is Strongly Preferred.
