About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in our ongoing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) transformation journey. After a successful first-phase launch with Publicis Sapient—including the rollout of the LTH Mexico brand site—we’re expanding our Salesforce footprint into the next fiscal year. This position will lead the architecture strategy and execution for upcoming deployments, including the Optima brand migration. Key Responsibilities • Drive technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. • Oversee integration of Salesforce D2C Commerce Cloud, OMS, FSL, and mobile delivery applications. • Ensure scalability, security, and high performance in line with business objectives. • Partner with CRM, DevOps, and CX teams to align strategies and solutions. • Provide hands-on leadership in Experience Cloud, UI/UX, and SEO optimization. • Support the end-to-end D2C customer journey—from online purchase through home delivery and field service. Nice to Have • Experience driving SEO strategy and execution in Salesforce environments. • Familiarity with CRM and DevOps practices. • Prior collaboration with Publicis Sapient or similar consulting partners.
