Role description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to support and grow our sales of tanning products & 3rd party contract manufacturing. This role will focus on selling to distributors and salons as well as developing private label opportunities with third-party brands. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the beauty and tanning industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell branded tanning products to salons and distributors in both U.S. and international markets
• Identify and pursue new Contract manufacturing opportunities with third-party brands
• Work with Amazon & TikTok brokers to optimize listings, drive sales and ensure continued growth of branded products on e-commerce platforms
• Develop strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Assist in preparing quotes, presentations, and product proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders & branded product launches
• Track sales activity and maintain detailed customer records using CRM or reporting tools
• Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments
Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or tanning industry
• Experience working with distributors, salons, or in private label/contract manufacturing is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to clearly articulate product value, respond professionally to customer inquiries, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and cross-functional teams in a confident, courteous, and persuasive manner
• Excel proficiency – capable of using spreadsheets to manage and analyze sales data, track KPIs, and support forecasting/reporting efforts
• CRM expertise – experienced in using CRM platforms to track sales activity, maintain accurate customer records, and support pipeline management
• Detail-oriented and organized – able to manage multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and ensure accurate documentation across systems
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience working with distributors, salons, or in private label/contract manufacturing is a plus
