Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers the autonomy to design and deliver a technical SEO strategy that drives growth, while working closely with external partners and shaping in-house capability over time. The Role • Build and own the SEO strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on technical SEO • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SEO challenges, including site migrations and scaling issues • Partner with an existing agency while developing internal SEO capability • Drive SEO as a core growth channel, not just a support function • Influence future SEO hires and help shape a best-in-class function Your Experience • Deep technical SEO expertise, ideally from high-growth environments • Hands-on experience with migrations, large-scale technical fixes, and performance troubleshooting • Proven ability to take SEO from zero to a scalable, growth-driving channel • Comfortable working independently in fast-moving, high-growth settings • Agency/vendor management experience a plus
