Job Title: Search Specialist Work Location: Springfield, MO 65898 Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Search Specialist with experience in Coveo or similar tools to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search technologies data analytics and a deep understanding of enhancing search functionality across digital platforms Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Coveo However candidates who are eager to learn Coveo and deliver highquality results are also encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities • Search Optimization Enhance and maintain search functionality across digital platforms using Coveo or similar tools ensuring relevance and accuracy of search results • Data Analysis Analyze search performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization • Implementation Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement search solutions that improve content discoverability and user experience • Integration Design and implement integration solutions with third party systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability • Performance Monitoring Monitor and optimize search indexing and performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues • Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for search processes tools and best practices • Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in search and continuously improve search infrastructure and processes • Learning and Development For candidates without Coveo experience demonstrate eagerness to learn Coveo and deliver high quality search solutions Qualifications • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field • Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in search technologies and data analytics • Experience with E commerce domain Technical Skills • Proficiency in search technologies such as Elasticsearch Solr or similar tools • Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics • Experience with integration and API development • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes • Proficiency in scripting languages Python Bash etc • Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits and Perks: • Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage • 401(k) Plan with Company match • Life Insurance • Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays • Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave LTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
