Role : Senior Account Executive Location: On-site role based in Pleasanton, CA with occasional travel for customer onsite meetings and industry events. Type: Full-time As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll drive new business with mid‑market and enterprise eCommerce brands (typically 30–5,000 employees) across fashion, footwear, apparel, accessories, beauty/fragrance, and marketplaces. You’ll own the full cycle, from intelligent prospecting to executive alignment, value proof, and closed‑won, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Solutions to turn skeptical or tool‑fatigued teams into high‑impact Alhena champions. What You'll Do Build pipeline with precision. Prospect into ICP personas (eCommerce/Digital leaders, CX leaders, IT owners, RevOps) using targeted research and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay. Run expert discovery. Uncover business drivers, map buying committees, and quantify impact around revenue (conversion/AOV), service efficiency (deflection/handle time), and customer satisfaction (CSAT). Sell the platform, not just features. Position Alhena’s AI Shopping Assistant, Conversational Search, Support Automation, and Omnichannel capabilities as an integrated growth and CX solution. Show how we unify knowledge, safeguard brand voice, and handle edge cases with guardrails. Orchestrate compelling evaluations. Co‑design pilots/POVs with Solutions to validate success criteria (e.g., uplift in AOV, deflection rate, SLA adherence), then narrate results to executives with crisp ROI stories. Negotiate and close. Structure win‑win agreements (legal, security, procurement) and drive predictability in forecast and deal hygiene. Close the loop with Product & Marketing. Channel market feedback on integrations, workflows, and analytics; partner on narratives, case studies, and events/webinars to accelerate deal velocity. Champion the brand. Represent Alhena at industry conferences, webinars, and customer roundtables. Qualifications: Startup builder mindset, bias to action, playbook creation, and iteration. • 4–8+ years of quota‑carrying experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of new‑logo acquisition and complex deal execution. • Experience selling into eCommerce or CX organizations; comfort engaging VPs/Directors of eCommerce, Digital, CX/Support, and IT/Security. • Demonstrated ability to quantify outcomes (AOV, conversion rate, CSAT, ticket deflection, cost per contact) and translate them into ROI. • Mastery of modern AI-powered outbound and full‑cycle motions (multi‑threading, MEDDICC/BANT‑style qualification, mutual close plans).
