About Us
We are a leading multi-label fashion showroom representing an exclusive portfolio of contemporary and luxury resortwear, RTW, and swim brands. Our showroom partners with top retailers across the U.S. and internationally, offering high-touch sales service, brand storytelling, and trend-driven merchandising expertise. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth, nurture retail partnerships, and expand the presence of our resortwear and swim collections in the market.
Position Overview
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts, developing new business, and executing seasonal sales strategies for our Resort RTW & Swimwear brands. This role requires strong market knowledge, an established network of buyers, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals within the contemporary/luxury space.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing wholesale accounts (specialty stores, majors, e-commerce) with a focus on high service levels, sell-through performance, and relationship building.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and securing new retail partners across domestic and select international markets.
• Conduct showroom appointments during market, presenting collections with a strong brand narrative and trend insight.
• Drive seasonal sales strategies in collaboration with showroom leadership and brand principals.
• Monitor and analyze sell-through data, providing feedback and merchandising recommendations to accounts and brands.
• Oversee order entry, confirmations, and follow-up to ensure timely deliveries and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain strong communication with buyers, planners, and internal operations teams to address account needs and resolve issues.
• Partner with marketing teams to support in-store events, trunk shows, and brand activations when applicable.
• Stay current on competitive market trends, key retail opportunities, and evolving resort/summer consumer preferences.
Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of wholesale sales experience in contemporary/luxury resortwear, RTW, or swimwear.
• Strong relationships with top specialty stores, major department stores, and e-commerce accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding seasonal sales goals.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for fashion trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple collections and accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, NuOrder, Joor, and other wholesale sales platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced showroom environment.
Salary $100,000-$120,000 + 1% commission on specialty + .5% on majors
