Job Title: Senior Paid Social & PPC Account Manager
Location: Hybrid
Role Type: Full-Time
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social & PPC Account Manager to lead high-value client accounts for our London-based agency client. You'll own the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands, focusing on driving efficient conversion value and customer acquisition.
This role involves direct client communication, budget management, creative strategy development, and leading a team of junior account managers. You'll be responsible for account growth, retention, and delivering measurable ROI improvements across six and seven-figure advertising budgets.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
β’ Experience with additional platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or YouTube preferred
β’ Strong background in eCommerce or DTC brand advertising with understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping
β’ Proven experience in client relationship management and account growth
β’ Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
β’ Advanced skills in campaign analysis, data interpretation, and performance optimisation
β’ Proficiency with analytics tools like TripleWhale, Northbeam, GA4
β’ Strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives performance on social platforms
β’ Experience with budget management and forecasting for accounts spending Β£100K+/month
β’ Excellent written and spoken English
