Shaw Search Partners is proud to be the retained recruitment partner to a global marketing firm to identify a Senior Account Manager, Hospitality. The firm offers an all-inclusive managed service program that ensures maximum traffic and conversions across all digital channels. Utilizing best-in-class technology, branding, print, traditional ad campaigns, and content creation, they transform eCommerce for hotels, resorts, and destinations. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional who understands the interplay between marketing, revenue management, and guest acquisition. Responsibilities Client Relations & Retention • Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of top-tier hotel clients, owning client satisfaction and long-term retention. • Deeply understand client business goals, translating them into proactive, measurable digital marketing strategies. • Lead regular check-ins, reporting calls, strategic media planning meetings, and upsell conversations. • Monitor client KPIs and proactively recommend optimizations to enhance website and campaign performance and client satisfaction. • Anticipate client needs and take a proactive approach to servicing accounts, including monitoring client KPIs, and formulating innovative solutions to existing problems. • Identify and address client red flags early, partnering with leadership on resolutions. • Act as a senior escalation point for client issues when necessary. Strategic Marketing & Performance Oversight • Develop and manage annual media strategies in alignment with client business objectives and market trends. • Partner with the Performance team to ensure campaign quality, optimization, and flexibility to marketplace demands. • Conduct in-depth performance analyses and present actionable insights and recommendations. Operations & Project Oversight • Oversee the execution of all marketing deliverables, including web, SEO, paid media, email, and social media, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Ensure all client data and activities are properly tracked in Salesforce and managed through the project management system (Orchestra). • Collaborate with internal departments to allocate resources appropriately and streamline processes. • Help maintain excellence across deliverables by optimizing the QA processes across your pod and with your resources. Mentorship & Team Support • Mentor and support Account Executives, Performance Specialists and Coordinators on best practices, client communication, and campaign strategy. • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, contributing to 30/60/90-day development plans as needed. • Serve as a voice for the team by recognizing internal process bottlenecks, communication gaps, or recurring delivery challenges—and bring forward thoughtful, proactive solutions to leadership. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team operations and ensure smoother workflows across departments. • Assist in refining and evolving team SOPs by sharing feedback grounded in hands-on experience. Inside Sales & Growth • Independently manage upsell and add-on service conversations with clients, aligning recommendations with both business goals and department revenue targets—without needing full support from the Director of Strategy. • Identify and nurture incremental growth opportunities across the portfolio through proactive client conversations and strategic planning. • Foster relationships with hotel management groups to encourage additional property partnerships and long-term retention. • Support proposal creation, relationship-building calls, and participate in RFP prep and presentations when applicable. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or hotel/tourism environment • Strong understanding of hotel digital marketing, including web, SEO, paid media, social media, and email • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4; Google Ads certification preferred • Comfortable leading strategy conversations and presenting to executives • Experience managing annual media planning and budget reconciliation • Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to mentor your pod • Strong problem-solving and perception management skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional conversations • Strong alignment with both client and agency goals, ensuring strategies and decisions support shared success. • Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations, representing Tambourine with professionalism and credibility. • This is a hybrid role located in Ft.
