About Threesixty
At Threesixty, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who is a true partner to our clients, not just a project manager. We’re a digital growth agency helping DTC and omnichannel brands scale through paid media, CRM, creative, and commerce. We work with ambitious founders and marketing teams across beauty, wellness, food & drink, and fashion.
This role is for someone who can cultivate deep, trusted relationships and become the strategic heart of our clients’ success. It’s about more than delivery; it’s about understanding their business, their market, and their competition. It’s about being curious, proactive, and commercially minded.
You’ll be joining a growing agency that’s part of the Common Thread Group, providing a stable foundation and resources to support your growth. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer (our original founder), giving you a unique opportunity to shape the future of our client services function and grow into a leadership role over time.
What You'll Be Doing
This isn’t a role for someone who just follows a brief. We want you to own the client narrative and drive growth.
• Client Partnership & Growth: Become the trusted, day-to-day point of contact for our key clients. Your curiosity will drive you to understand their business inside and out, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and strategically expand our partnerships.
• Strategic Oversight: Lead the translation of client goals into actionable growth plans. You’ll work closely with our expert teams, including the Head of Paid Media, Head of CRM & eCommerce and Creative Director, to ensure every project is aligned with the bigger picture.
• Problem-Solving & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initial brief to final execution. You’ll be the one who navigates roadblocks with a cool head and a solutions-first mindset, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to an exceptional standard.
• Internal Leadership: Act as the central hub for client communications, aligning internal teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. As the agency grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build out the team, including bringing on a Project Manager to support you and free you up to focus purely on growing profitable relationships.

The Package
• Compensation: £45,000 base salary with an OTE of £60,000+
