Join our team to help create even greater impact and inspire more people to reduce food waste – one curvy cucumber at a time.
The role
As Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy – owning and optimising multiple acquisition channels to drive conversions, lower CPA and increase customer lifetime value.
You’ll plan, execute and refine online and offline marketing campaigns, using data and insights to guide your decisions. Managing our Senior Paid Media Executive, you’ll ensure we hit ambitious new customer targets, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to unlock new opportunities.
This is a key role where your ideas, tests and optimisations will directly support Oddbox’s revenue growth and climate impact goals.
Key responsibilities

🥦 Plan, execute and scale high-performing cross-channel campaigns to drive new customer growth.
🥦 Manage and mentor the Senior Paid Media Executive, ensuring best-in-class execution across digital channels.
🥦 Monitor performance, analyse data and make recommendations to reduce CPA and improve ROAS, LTV and margin.
🥦 Lead testing programmes across channels – from creative variations to targeting strategies – to identify scalable opportunities.
🥦 Collaborate with brand, lifecycle and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.
🥦 Manage budgets, forecasts and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
🥝 Expert knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with hands-on experience managing and optimising 7-figure budgets (experience in these two key channels is mandatory for this role).
🥝 Track record managing at least one additional acquisition channel (e.g. affiliates, TV, Direct Mail, face-to-face, radio, OOH).
🥝 Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution and growth marketing.
🥝 Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
🥝 A test-and-learn mindset with a history of delivering measurable results through experimentation.
Required Experience
🍉 5+ years in acquisition or growth marketing with direct campaign management and optimisation responsibilities.
🍉 End-to-end experience in planning, executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns.
🍉 Strong background in A/B testing, budget management and performance improvement.
🍉 Advanced use of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
🍉 Good knowledge of GA4 or Looker, plus familiarity with tools like Heap, Hotjar or Optimizely.
🍉 Experience creating and presenting actionable performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Attitude & behaviour
🍇 Ambitious and growth-minded, with a drive to continuously improve.
🍇 Proactive and strategic, linking activities to wider business goals.
🍇 Data-driven curiosity with a focus on understanding the “why” behind results.
