About The Role
We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior Level Amazon PPC Manager to lead and optimize our Amazon advertising efforts. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands Amazonβs complex ad ecosystem, and is focused on driving ROI through smart budget allocation, operational discipline, and campaign efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Own the end-to-end management of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display)
β’ Define and execute tactical strategies to reduce ad spend waste and improve ROAS
β’ Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and ongoing optimization
β’ Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs
β’ Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and iterate on high-performing ad assets
β’ Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign execution and reporting
β’ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
β’ Identify and implement opportunities for automation and scaling
Requirements
β’ 2β3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven ROI impact
β’ Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads Manager and understanding of different ad types
β’ Highly proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; able to build pivot tables and analyze large data sets
β’ Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data-driven decisions
β’ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua) is a plus
β’ Amazon Ads certification is a strong plus
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills
