Job Details Key Responsibilities • Build, test, and manage complex data pipelines, models, and visualizations that support both internal operations and external client tools. • Lead projects with minimal supervision, applying strong organizational and project management skills. • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. • Contribute to and help enforce data governance policies, best practices, and standards. • Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and professional development. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and visualizations. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in specialized analytics functions and support documentation/training initiatives. • Stay current on industry tools, technologies, and practices to continuously enhance technical expertise. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, engineering, or related roles (with at least 2 years of highly relevant experience). • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar languages). • Strong experience with dbt, modern cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data modeling/warehousing concepts. • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems, as well as Agile methodologies. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences. • Proven leadership in managing projects and mentoring team members. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
