Job Description
THE ROLE: Domino’s Pizza is seeking a skilled senior associate digital campaign marketing manager to activate on multi-step, multi-channel sequences and personalized campaigns to drive lifetime value. This role will be vital in unlocking Domino’s significant data advantage and accelerating impact of digital channels to drive topline business growth by deploying more relevant, high-value consumer experiences across channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
(50%) Develop and lead initiatives for Personalization Digital Customer Journey
• Collaborate with Manager, Personalization on the strategic roadmap for digital customer journeys and personalization in partnership with Data Sciences, Data Management, Digital Media, Customer Care, and eComm teams
• Partner with data sciences to optimize digital customer journeys and personalization campaigns
• Strategic development, of targeted/personalized campaigns aimed at solidifying acquisition and increasing frequency
• Set the strategic roadmap for journey and personalization based eComm features, offers, and enablement
• Partner with decision science on integration of data and data models into personalization campaigns and/or customer journeys
• Collaborate and gather information to assist in creating presentations to Marketing Leadership and other advisory boards regarding program performance or other key updates.
• Maintain working knowledge of Customer Journey best practice, including technical solutions as well as data integration approaches on eComm and marketing channels
(50%) Project Management of Personalization Campaigns & Digital Customer Journeys
• Work with cross-functional groups including MarTech Operations, Data Sciences, Data Management, Media, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc. to develop full project plans tied to multi-channel, multi-step journeys and personalized/targeted campaigns
• Establish key milestones, deadlines and dependencies for each cross-functional team and track cross-functional progress against those deadlines/milestones
• Own the prioritization and implementation of enhancements for journey & personalization based eComm features, offers, and enablement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in developing CRM digital experiences
• Digital UX experience in within the QSR or retail eCommerce industry is desired
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Self-starter with high focus on team success across function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and leadership ability
• Ability to sift through data/insights and translate into effective marketing activation plans
• Proven ability to drive change and adapt quickly
