Job Overview: On behalf of our client, a Prestigious brand in the Gold and Diamond jewellery industry, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development professional. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, expand the supplier and client base, boost sales across platforms, and lead the company’s presence in key international and regional events. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement brand strategies to establish the company as a trusted luxury jewellery brandPlan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) • Oversee brand storytelling, content creation, and social media presence • Drive direct and digital sales through e-commerce platforms and the company website • Explore new online channels, B2B & B2C partnerships, and distribution opportunities • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities • Identify and engage reliable suppliers for gold, diamonds, and gemstones • Negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relations • Ensure ethical sourcing and quality control • Lead company participation in international jewellery exhibitions and trade shows • Organize promotional events to increase brand visibility • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and retail partners • Manage inventory processes and financial reconciliations accurately • Prepare reports and performance insights for management review Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Jewellery Design, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the gold & diamond jewellery business • In-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, and precious stones • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills • Experience in both B2B and B2C markets • Driving License is mandatory
