Job Responsibilities: 1. Based on business expansion needs, be responsible for global full-category recruitment, brand introduction, supplier management, etc. 1. Follow up on the full process management of orders, coordinate with domestic category operation teams, integrate internal and external resources, and complete order and sales targets. 1. Coordinate with overseas branch teams to achieve target assessment, assist in team management, provide strategic output, and solve various abnormal matters. 1. As the project leader, implement solutions based on business pain points. 1. Complete other tasks as temporarily arranged according to business and management needs. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of relevant BD experience in positions such as recruitment in the industries of maternity and baby products, shoes and bags, beauty products, clothing, and luxury goods, and familiar with e-commerce business processes and policies. 1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. 1. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 1. Possess sharp market insight and judgment, strong communication and coordination skills, and negotiation skills in recruitment. 1.
