The Role
As a Senior MarTech Consultant, you will be working with stakeholders on both the business and IT side whilst leading and shaping the Marketing Technology strategy and vision for this travel business. The work will influence the business decisions that will help optimize the technology leverage for maximum business impact.
Your responsibilities:
• Design and architect sweeping data flow processes for programs including customer 360, campaign development and deployment, personalization strategy and production, segmentation, events, web development and analytics.
• Construct technical design requirements for an internal dev team based on customer needs, use cases and strategy and work with customer leads to architect solutions that optimally utilize our MarTech stack around Braze, mParticle, Adobe to support the customer personalization initiatives with industry optimized best processes.
• Setup Marketing Automation phased roadmaps according to priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies.
• Align projects to Marketing Automation roadmap, scheduling releases and managing workback schedules.
• Contribute to organization's digital marketing strategies based on industry best methodologies and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders for optimizing their marketing effectiveness through fully integrated campaigns that are fine-tuned via data driven insight.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to report on MarTech strategy and its alignment to board level business objectives.
• Oversee technical project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and constantly manage end user expectations.
• Break down complex business and technical strategies and roadmaps into consumable requirements for the internal dev team to build within workflow tool.
• Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, practices and resources back into the program design.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
• Strong experience into MarTech suite of products Braze, mParticle, Adobe and snowflake and others.
• Rich experience into Integration API, Data Modelling, Integration, Data Ingestion, Data Activation.
• Optional Campaign Management experience in Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Must have implementation experience on Customer Data Platform like mParticle or similar including AEP or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Leading professional services role such as Technical/Solution Architect or Technical Program Manager, leading delivery of web applications or Campaign implementations.
• Must have experience into Braze, mParticle, Adobe and others, Adobe Target, AEP.
• Experience crafting and/or implementing solutions for any of the following: web content management, rich internet applications, web & social analytics, marketing automation, online ad targeting, content personalization.
• Must have completed at least 5 MarTech Implementation.
• Must be certified into either of the products
• Braze
• mParticle
• Adobe
• Salesforce
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Strong experience in IT industry working in different geographies and clients from multiple domains.
• Good experience working in travel and tourism domain.
• Good experience and understanding of eCommerce.
• Good experience in B2C marketing domain.
• Experience working for business groups with multiple business units.
