Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator, PDP Art Direction supports the on-brand, on-strategy execution of all Calvin Klein e-commerce product photography according to our creative standards.
The role is involved in supporting the senior creative members in both the creation of e-commerce imagery and the finalization of imagery during the post-production process. This person needs to be a creative thinker, bring innovative ideas to the table while also being extremely
detail oriented and well versed in print and digital asset production, while adhering to deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
β’ Work with the senior creatives to execute the vision for Calvin Klein e-commerce product
photography according to our creative standards.
β’ Provide editing feedback for each session, choosing hero and alternate images, conveying postproduction
markups, lighting, and processing adjustments, and reshoots to applicable team
members via the feedback process and post production platforms.
β’ Communicate final edit handover to retouching team and maintain a strong working relationship
with post-production to resolve any issues.
β’ Work with producers, stylists, photographers and digital techs on daily workflow challenges and
priorities to ensure the images are delivered by deadlines and met daily shot counts.
β’ Continuously develop knowledge regarding new design trends, innovation in the creative field,
customer experiences and technology.
β’ Work collaboratively with senior creatives to update e-commerce guidelines on a seasonal basis.
β’ Participate in the direction and execution of studio-based editorial marketing image creation as
needed.
β’ Identify talent amongst digital techs and freelance teams.
β’ Maintain workflow to adhere to weekly/seasonal deadlines.

Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
β’ 2-3 years professional experience with creative design
β’ Experience in an e-commerce environment.
β’ Knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), Figma, Excel and
knowledge of shooting in studio and on location.
β’ In-house and fashion experience, a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred.
Skills
β’ Understanding of the βon-setβ experience and working with a team, including photographer and stylists, to create
the best possible image.
β’ Enthusiastic personality in dealing with models and outside talent on-set; eager to form strong relationships with
photographers and stylists.
β’ Ability and willingness to learn systems and processes.

β’ Pro-active attitude and keen eye for product detail.
β’ Understanding of the principles of photography.

Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000
