About the role As the Senior Creative and Campaign Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand image, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall sales. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives, elevate the brand, and create a memorable customer experience. You will lead Content, Community, Creative, PR, and Partnerships, collaborating closely with the wider leadership team to guide all marketing channels and growth activities. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, creative, and results-driven marketing leader ready to define the brand’s voice and make it unmistakably recognised in the market. About you β€’ Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the e-commerce fashion industry. β€’ Experienced in leading marketing functions with a varied channel mix. β€’ Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Key responsibilities β€’ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a world-class growth marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall objectives. β€’ Storytelling: Champion the art of brand storytelling across every channel and campaign, ensuring our narrative connects emotionally with customers and builds long-term brand loyalty. β€’ Brand Development: Working closely with our Founder, maintain and develop brand image, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. β€’ Community: Lead the growth of our community across socials, influencer partnerships, affiliates, and retention activity. β€’ Creative Leadership: Drive the overall creative vision for the brand, working closely with the wider team to bring that vision to life. Develop unique, standout concepts that elevate the brand, set it apart in the market, and ensure consistent, world-class creative output across all channels. β€’ PR: Work with the PR function in cultivating strategic relationships with key media partners to drive awareness and credibility through effective brand storytelling. β€’ Performance: Collaborate with the Product & Commercial teams to ensure an optimal mix of paid:organic traffic and to provide the website and paid media channels with high-performing creative assets. β€’ Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact. β€’ Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvements.
