The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Strategist to join our rapidly expanding creative team.
You'll be the strategic force behind creative campaigns that generate measurable growth for some of the most ambitious direct-to-consumer brands in the market.
As our Senior Creative Strategist, you'll own creative strategy and execution for a high-impact client portfolio and develop innovative creative frameworks. You bring proven expertise in DTC/eCommerce performance marketing, understand how to craft creative narratives that convert at every stage of the customer journey, and are ready to take full ownership of creative performance that drives significant ROI for our clients.
You will own and lead the entire creative strategy for a myriad of 6-9 figure brands, while serving as a strategic advisor for our ambitious client roster. You'll use your experience to make data-driven creative decisions, identify scalable creative opportunities, and build testing frameworks that consistently deliver results. You will be responsible for maintaining creative excellence while ensuring every campaign achieves the performance metrics needed to scale client budgets and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead Creative Strategy: Own creative strategy and execution for high-impact client portfolio with monthly ad spend of $50K-$300K per client
β’ Drive Performance: Develop and execute creative strategies that consistently achieve 2x ROAS and exceed client growth targets by 30-50%
β’ Brand Research & Market Intelligence: Execute deep research and data mining to understand value propositions, customer reviews, and market opportunities that translate into high-converting creative
β’ Creative Testing & Optimization: Develop and manage testing roadmaps with structured creative testing processes that identify winning concepts with 85%+ accuracy
β’ Creative Innovation: Design creative testing frameworks that identify winning concepts across Meta & TikTok
β’ Creative Brief Development: Create detailed creative briefs for internal design teams to execute performance-driven creative for paid social advertising across Meta & TikTok
β’ Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with other creative strategists while identifying performance gaps and opportunities across client accounts that you apply to optimize your own portfolio
