Senior Creative Strategist - Hybrid/Manchester - £50k - £65k About The Company: Join a high-growth eCommerce brand redefining creative excellence in the performance space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the storytelling and strategy behind premium, design-led products that have strong traction in the DTC market. You’ll be at the forefront of performance creative – building, testing, and refining ad concepts that convert across funnel stages. Expect close collaboration with editors, designers, creators, and media buyers to launch campaigns that not only stop the scroll but drive meaningful growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and brief high-performing, funnel-aware ad creatives using frameworks like AIDA, PAS, and Problem Stack. • Translate performance data (e.g., CTR, CVR, ROAS) into actionable insights to shape creative direction. • Lead the iterative development of ad concepts, testing hooks, overlays, CTAs, and more for continuous improvement. • Build strategies tailored to different funnel stages, from unaware users to retargeting campaigns. • Review creatives for quality using internal benchmarks and checklists before launch. Essential Experience: • Strong grasp of creative performance metrics and how to apply them strategically. • Proven experience in producing creator-led content with rapid iteration cycles. • Skilled in using creative testing platforms such as Foreplay, Motion, Meta Ads Library, and Notion. • Deep understanding of modular content systems, funnel psychology, and consumer behaviour. • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ad formats, including UGC, statics, and storytelling-led content. Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
