Our Travel client is looking for a results-oriented Senior CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance marketing and CRM efforts. About the Role As the Senior CRM and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of a digital transformation—leading performance marketing, CRM, and content strategy to strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive measurable revenue growth. You will oversee targeted, insight-led campaigns across digital channels including PPC, SEO, display, paid social, and email. By leveraging customer data, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing tactics, you’ll ensure a seamless and engaging experience across our digital platforms, including the website and social media. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Campaigns • Develop and execute a high-impact performance marketing strategy across paid channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display). • Optimise advertising spend with A/B testing, attribution modelling and in-depth ROI analysis. • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement. 1. CRM Strategy & Execution • Design and implement a CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty and engagement. • Lead segmentation and lifecycle marketing plans that improve retention and lifetime value. 1. Leadership & Strategy • Manage and develop a high-performing digital marketing and CRM team. • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives. • Manage budgets and media plans to ensure optimal ROI. Essential Skills & Experience • Proven experience in performance marketing (PPC, Display, SEO, Paid Social), CRM and digital strategy, ideally in a high-volume consumer industry. • Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to campaign execution. • Proficient in tools such as GA4, CRM systems, CDPs and marketing automation platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into commercial results. • Budget and media planning experience with a clear focus on ROI. • Deep understanding of using first-party data (1PD) to drive engagement across channels. • Experience in segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategy. Desirable Skills & Experience • Experience within the Travel, Leisure or Retail industry. • Understanding of UX and customer experience (CX). • Knowledge or experience developing loyalty programmes.
