The agency specialises in email and SMS marketing and is a Platinum Klaviyo Partner, working exclusively on Shopify-powered brands. With a focus on lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and optimisation, they’re known for delivering campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and LTV at scale. With growth accelerating and a strong roster of industry-leading clients, they’re now looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead strategy, mentor a growing team, and take retention marketing to the next level. The Role: As Senior CRM Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency’s client delivery, leading strategy, optimisation, and innovation across email and SMS marketing. You’ll manage a team of three and work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that move the needle on retention and revenue.
