To help with their continued growth they are searching for a Senior CRM Manager with retail / ecommerce / D2C experience to drive acquisition & retention, increase revenue, and optimisie ROI both in the UK and internationally.
Partnering with colleagues in brand, creative and content, youβll ensure all customer communications feel personalised and journeys feel simple.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Partner with the Head of CRM and Head of Marketing to develop and execute customer-focused CRM and email marketing strategies to deliver communications that resonate and excite the customer.
β’ Define and optimise automated journeys across the customer journey and lifecycle ensuring they are rooted in customer insights.
β’ Define and implement the BAU campaign plan, ensuring it is fully aligned to the wider marketing plan and trading needs.
β’ Analyse campaign & journey performance and use data and insights to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the customerβs lifecycle journey.
β’ Build and refine SMS and push notification campaigns to complement email efforts, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across every touchpoint.
β’ Confidently produce clear, actionable reports within the platform
