Role description
Senior CRM Manager
Leeds β Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Are you a strategic CRM leader with a passion for data-driven customer journeys? Weβre hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established e-commerce retailer based in Leeds. With continued growth and success, the business is now investing heavily in CRM β and this role is a key part of that journey.
About the Company:
This is a forward-thinking, ambitious online retailer with a strong culture built on collaboration, innovation, and ownership. As they continue to scale, theyβre focused on creating smarter, more personalised customer experiences β and theyβre looking for someone who can bring that vision to life through CRM.
Youβll be part of a high-energy, close-knit team where your ideas will be valued and your impact visible. The company supports flexibility, career progression, and a modern, hybrid working model.
What Youβll Be Doing:
β’ Own the design, delivery, and optimisation of automated customer journeys across the entire lifecycle β from acquisition and engagement to post-purchase and rebooking
β’ Define and manage the BAU campaign calendar, ensuring full alignment with the broader marketing strategy and trading objectives
β’ Plan and implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant, high-performing campaigns that balance commercial goals with customer value
β’ Use data and performance insights to continuously optimise journey and campaign effectiveness β improving engagement, conversion, and retention at every stage
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CRM activities are integrated with wider marketing and trading efforts
β’ Champion customer-centric thinking while driving measurable business impact
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Minimum 5 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally within a B2C e-commerce or retail environment
β’ Proven track record of building and optimising automated and personalised lifecycle journeys
β’ Experience working with CRM and campaign platforms
β’ Highly organised with strong planning skills and attention to detail
β’ Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
β’ Experience with international markets (especially the US) is a bonus, but not essential
Why Join?
β’ Be part of a growing brand with real momentum
β’ Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
β’ A collaborative, supportive team where your ideas will shape the future of CRM
β’ Clear opportunities for progression and personal development
β’ A business that values innovation, creativity, and data-led marketing
