We’re looking for a talented designer to shape the future of our clients E-Commerce experience. As Senior Digital Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of design innovation, UX excellence, and brand evolution all while leading a talented design team.
✨ What You’ll Do
• Lead UX & UI strategy – Partner with Development teams to create seamless, responsive customer journeys that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Own creative execution – Deliver high-fidelity responsive designs, UI mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, and concept visuals for all digital channels.
• Champion brand identity – Ensure consistent adoption of the visual identity across all digital touchpoints, collaborating closely with Global Brand partners.
• Oversee digital asset production – Drive the design and delivery of best-in-class assets for on-site, paid social, email, and marketing campaigns in line with the Brand & Trading calendar.
• Be the tech & tools expert – Act as the go-to for design software, emerging tools (including AI), and productivity platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
• Mentor & manage – Lead a team of 2 designers, guiding personal development, upskilling, and workload prioritisation.
• Stay ahead of the game – Monitor competitor activity and the design landscape to spot new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Drive UX/UI best practice – Implement and evolve design standards, testing, and optimisations to continuously improve performance.
